“I first went to see Peter in 2001 when my handicap was 20. He immediately spotted a number of flaws in my ‘unique’ golf swing and used his digital golf analysis system to explain how I could improve. Between lessons I was able to watch the video (now DVD) of the previous lesson and listen to Peter’s helpful commentary. This allowed me to consolidate the key learning points. I also used the practice drills Peter had shown me. The most valuable training aid I bought was a full-length mirror which allowed me to SEE the difference Peter wanted me to make in my swing. For me, these visual cues were very powerful.

Peter’s technique is based on fundamental principles which I keep in my head whether I’m on the driving range or playing in a match. Often on the tee, I will remember the mantra ‘GASP’ – Grip, Aim, Stance, Posture. If I get these four things right before I’ve even swung the club, the chances are the shot will be OK.

Peter’s method really works. Five years on, my handicap is now 5 & I have won the R.A.F. Championships for the last 4 years.
