I believe all successful golfers have swing thoughts.
They could be very simple or be known just to them.
Apparently Jack Nicklaus had seven & he used them at different times depending on how his game was.
One was to complete his back swing and every golfer should use this one.
See Teaching Video 17.
Another one of Jack’s swing thoughts was to never let the toe of the club head move past the heel of the club head until the ball had gone.
This is a great swing thought as the ball will not go to the left ( for right handed golfers ) and one’s confidence improves dramatically.
One of my pupils kept this thought in mind at Woking Golf Club , ranked the 20th. best golf course in England by Golf World recently and hit every fairway and green in regulation.
Philip scored 65.
One of my personal swing thoughts was always to turn my right hip to start my back swing.
Jack Nicklaus, Tom Watson & Greg Norman, to name just a few, had the same swing thought.
See Top Tip 1.
Please try them all but only one at time.
