108 women played for just 12 slots to allow them to compete in the AIG Women’s Open Championship at the magnificent Muirfield Golf Club, Gullane, Scotland on the 4th – 7th. of August 2022.
Two of my pupils qualified.
Liz Young had the day’s lowest score with a seven under par 65 & Hayley Davies had a three under par 69 to finish equal 6th so they are both on the way to the final.
The Final Qualifying round was at the beautiful North Berwick Golf Club in Scotland which was founded in 1832.
